Sometimes we all need a little help to get back on track and my work with traditional and modern nutrition theories and contemporary health studies helps me to help others. This month I am offering twenty readers a complimentary thirty minute health care assesment. We'll talk about what works, what doesn't and what will - for you. Use it to kick start your journey to increased health and happiness or simply as an opportunity to see things more clearly.
Go to comments, type in Get Gorgeous 2012 and one line about your health goals for the coming year, if I think I can help you reach them I'll reach you.

As I age I begin to see a distinct loss of muscle tone and strength. My goals for this year is to regain strength and tone my upper body. Running seems to help keep my legs in shape.

Hi Leslie,
I alwways say that lack of tone is the great ager and there are so many things you can do to maintain and boost from exercise to nutrition. If you love running then do, but you may want to consider a low impact alternative. I'll be in touch privately to set up our session. Happy New You!

Dear Karen,
What do you think of taking Korean Ginseng?
Posted by: Sarah E | Wednesday, 11 January 2012 at 10:45 AM
Hi Sarah,
I think Korean Ginseng is a great natural energy booster, it is fairly potent and is best used for short periods of time. You may also want to try American Ginseng which is a little more gentle on the system and great for long term use. It has many other health giving qualities and we can talk off line about what specific concerns you may have.
Thanks for checking in with me have a gorgeous weekend!
