I have found that a happy heart leads to healthy lifestyle choices. A happy heart can be achieved by practicing a positive mental attitude surrounding yourself with positive influences. I love to take long hikes several times a week. Not only does it do wonders for your body, but your mind also.
Staying hydrated and getting plenty of sleep is also essential for me to function at my best. I stick to the 80-20 rule when it comes to my diet. 80% of the time, I eat like an angel and 20% of the time............ well I'm sure you can imagine! Lol!
My skin care regime consists mainly of Dermalogica products. Simple but effective. I especially love their multivitamin mask. Last but by no means least, engaging in daily prayer keeps me feeling happy and whole.
